By making a purchase from Confidence Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Definition of "Permanent": The term "permanent" refers to clasp-less jewelry and does not imply indestructibility. While our pieces are designed for durability, they may experience wear and tear over time due to various factors.

2. Materials and Quality: Confidence Collective utilizes exclusively sterling silver and 14k gold filled materials for our jewelry. These materials have undergone stringent quality control testing to ensure their reliability and longevity.

3. Chemical Exposure: Exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals can result in damage. Confidence Collective is not responsible for any harm caused to your piece due to chemical exposure, and you agree to hold us harmless in such cases.

4. Tarnishing of Sterling Silver: Sterling silver jewelry may naturally tarnish over time. It is your responsibility to be aware that using appropriate jewelry polish or cleaner will help remove tarnish and restore the piece's original luster.

5. Complimentary Repair and Adjustment Appointments: For the initial 30 days following your purchase of a jewelry piece, Confidence Collective offers complimentary repair and adjustment appointments to address any issues arising from craftsmanship.

6. Repair and Adjustment Costs: Any repair or adjustment needed beyond the initial 30-day period, whether due to weld issues or foreign repairs, will incur a minimum cost starting at $25. This fee will cover the necessary services to restore the piece.

7. Modification of Custom Pieces: If you choose to modify the size of your custom piece against Confidence Collective's recommendation, you acknowledge that your entitlement to a free repair and adjustment appointment will be void. In such cases, you will be liable for the associated repair or adjustment fee.

By making a purchase and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the conditions set forth in this Permanent Jewelry Consent Form and Agreement. You willingly agree to adhere to these terms, releasing Confidence Collective from any liabilities arising from the use, care, or maintenance of the Permanent Jewelry.
